These terms apply when you browse crestaspaces.com or buy furniture from Cresta Spaces. Our collections cover home furniture, office furniture, and outdoor furniture. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and apply to the item as described on its product page, including any selected options. Furniture is made from wood, metal, fabric, rattan, and similar materials, so grain, weave, and color can vary slightly from the photographs. Dimensions on the product page are the ones to use when you plan a room.

Many pieces are shipped in cartons and need assembly. Hardware and instructions are included unless the product page says otherwise.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. Before you pay, check the product, quantity, options, and delivery address. Because furniture is bulky, a wrong address or a site that a truck cannot reach can delay the shipment. If a piece is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund of the amount paid for that piece.

Shipping

Large furniture is often moved by sea or by a freight partner, then delivered onward. Transit time depends on the destination and is longer than parcel post. The shipping cost and any tax shown at checkout follow the shipping region you select. For some addresses we confirm the delivery cost before the order is completed.

Please give a complete delivery address and a phone number the carrier can use. Remote locations, islands, and sites with limited access may need an extra quote. You are responsible for import duty or local charges when they are not included in the price we confirmed.

Delivery inspection

Inspect cartons and visible furniture when they arrive. Note crushed corners, broken glass, torn upholstery, or missing parts on the delivery record when you can, and email info@crestaspaces.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement part or piece, or another remedy that fits the damage.

Cancellations and returns

You may ask to cancel before the furniture has been handed to the carrier. After dispatch, returns of assembled, used, or custom-finished pieces are not accepted, because they cannot be resold as new. If a standard piece arrives with a defect or transit damage, contact us before disposing of the packaging. Approved returns of unopened standard items must be sent back in the original cartons. The return freight for oversized furniture is quoted separately and is not the same as a small-parcel return.

Use and care

Indoor furniture is not made for prolonged outdoor exposure unless it is listed as outdoor furniture. Outdoor pieces should be used as described and protected from standing water where the product notes say so. Follow the assembly steps and weight guidance so shelves, desks, and tables are used safely.
